Description of Service:
In the event that you have an outage or service interruption you will place one call to Next Step Technology, Inc. and we will manage your request completely. All change of service and billing issues will be reported during normal business hours
Silver Communications Management Program
As a Silver Subscriber you can report an outage or interruption during business hours 8:00AM to 6:00PM Monday through Saturday.
When one of your Phone Lines, or Circuits ( PRI, Point to Point T1, Internet T1, MPLS) would experience an outage or service interruption, Next Step Technology will report the problem, create a trouble ticket and manage the ticket until service has been restored.
Gold Communications Management Program – 24 x 7 Service
As a gold Subscriber you can report an outage or interruption 24 hours a day.
When one of your Phone Lines, or Circuits ( PRI, Point to Point T1, Internet T1, MPLS) would experience an outage or service interruption. Next Step Technology will report the problem, create a trouble ticket and manage the ticket until service has been restored.
Platinum Communications Management Program - 24 x 7 Service
As a Platinum subscriber you do not need to report an outage, our PREVAIL monitoring system alerts us to outages and interruptions lasting longer than 5 minutes.
If you are a subscriber to Next Step Technology’s PREVAIL Monitoring Service and Next Step Technology is monitoring the Phone System, Server (s) or Router(s). The following Communications will be managed 24 x 7:
- The Phone System Server and PRI Circuit
- Point to Point T1 Routers and Circuit(s)
- The MPLS routers and Circuits
- Internet T1 router and Circuit
In the event a circuit would experience an outage or service interruption we will identify the cause, report the problem, create a trouble ticket, and manage the ticket until service has been restored. During business hours the Client will receive timely updates and notification of repairs. Updates and repair notification will be provided during non-business hours at client’s request.
Changes to Service
Next Step Technology will manage all changes to your service in a timely manner. We work with your designated phone company directly to ensure all changes of service, we record order numbers and keep an up to date file showing your communication history.
Billing Audit Review
Next Step Technology understands that communication needs change. We will perform an annual audit review of your communication needs and your current billing. When your contracts are set to expire we will provide a comprehensive review of available phone companies and rates. We will present our comparisons and recommendations.
